Overcharged numerous times, items out date but full price when spoke to manager of the store was told what expect me to do over the phone ( regarding a refund, I explained I don't live nearby and had bus to catch) it was implied that they might give refund if they check receipt and find they overcharged me. I was charged for 5 storage boxes at £2.50 each when only had 4 boxes not 5. Means two bus journeys to get to the store aswell, are they gonna reimburse me that expense? Prices also different to what's on packaging or ticket and lot is overpriced for what it is.
