I missed a payment because my wallet was stolen/lost and I didnt update my new card details with P2P resulting in a missed payment. I was notified by email and my new card details were taken and processed via the 'chat' service on the website. It was quick and simple. The customer service representatives I dealt with were very efficient and even agreed to waive the late payment charge because of the circumstances surrounding the missed payment. Very pleased, it was my oversight and I couldn't have argued if the charge had been levied. Many thanks.
