The service was great. Accurate and fast and the recipient was delighted. She’s now pressing the rose. I didn’t give it five start because their own process says I will receive an email confirmation. This never arrived. Thankfully the rose did. I called and to their credit they called back as soon as they could and apologised for the doubt caused by the last of confirmation.
