They were quick in responding to changes in the artwork, getting a sample was very difficult and expensive and they tried to make me pay for a sample with someone elses logo on the other side.
Edit:
I have changed my rating from normal to good as I was happily surprised to receiving a call from the Sales director after my review to discuss the issues I've experienced which have been resolved now.
