Lovely people and quick delivery, but we had a tiny hole in our radiator. It came to light that it was a discontinued range in that size. A replacement to the same value was offered, but the plumbing was already in, so a replacement, with a different setup, would have caused a lot of work for us. In the end, my husband managed to weld it. Still feel short changed though, as we weren't offered any discount or compensation for the damaged radiator. 😕
