Ordered some Oakley sunglasses for my husband for Xmas based on his existing ones which had been stood on. Although the design number was on the website, Julian phoned me early the next morning to advise that the suppliers no longer produced those particular glasses. He helped me choose the design which was close to the ones my husband had and Posh Eyes kept me informed when the parcel had been dispatched and on its way
