Straightforward ordering process. Goods came quickly and meet expectations. I was actually delighted to find a customised trolley for my oxygen concentrator since it's so heavy and carrying it causes shortness of breath. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the trolley was so pricey, at £150. That will make it unaffordable for some. Also I didn't receive an order acknowledgement for several days which caused a bit of angst. All in all though happy with the quality of goods and service.
