I bought the Eclipse 5 two years ago and am still over the moon with it. It gives me the option to change the battery, I use it with a 15m tube so that it runs upstairs and into the shower and it is fantastic as I don’t have to have the unit in there with me and my carer, ensuring that I have space to safely be helped in and out and am not going to get the unit wet at all. When it comes to dealing with Intermedical Homecare, I couldn’t fault them. They arranged delivery really quickly, sorted the VAT relief, the delivery driver set it up for me and I had complete confidence in them. As somebody who had only needed oxygen for a few months back then and had never had to purchase anything like this, the company were amazing. They understood my fear regarding running out of power for the concentrator and being stranded without oxygen, they talked through my needs and advised me yet also appreciating that I had done a lot of research and was not an idiot. That’s important to someone who has a failing body but not a failing mind.
