These guys did my full house of windows and 3 Rock doors. From acceptance of the quote to full installation was only 12 days. I was going on holiday for a Month to Oz and they fitted me in before my holidays. They were tidy although their skip turned up half a day late so they had to bag all the rubbish. Our plaster was damaged removing the window but this pointed out prior to removal as the window had been in place for over 35 years and was wood. When i returned from work then not only had they fixed the damaged plaster but they had plastered the whole wall to make it look perfect. They were half the price of Everest and cheaper than Anglian and Safestyle. I`m now getting them to do my Mothers house. The big firms put me under pressure to accept their quotes to get the best deal. I never had that hard sell with Poppy Windows as we exchanged emails and changed the design for a couple of weeks before i made my mind up and accepted their quotation.
