They cancelled my first order stating "Insufficient stock", yet when I ordered again the next day all items were available but had increased in price.
When my order arrived there was one t-shirt missing out of four ordered. No response to my email query and the phone number just rings for about a minute then says "Sorry, your call cannot be completed at this time, please hang up and try again later".
Very disappointing.
EDIT: After posting my initial review Popgear contacted me to resolve my issue. Within two days I received the missing t-shirt and a refund equivalent to the extra I'd spent on the second order. I've increased my rating from 1 to 5 due to the customer service received once they made contact and the fact that my niece loves the t-shirts I bought her. I just wish they had responded to my initial queries without having to leave a grotty review.
