I ordered two Nancy lamps, two shades and two bulbs. Delivery was swift and items well packaged. On examination of the lamp bases, I felt there were some production issues. I contacted Pooky and matters were resolved to my satisfaction. Staff were very helpful and I liked the personal touch. The lamp bases are fantastic. I love them. The design is striking and although, I’m sure, not to everyone’s taste, I’ve had lots of compliments. The shades are enormous and beautiful too. Just right for a spacious hallway and near my books. Great choice, efficient delivery, and effective customer service.
