We placed a large order of 10 Silent Gliss tracks and we quickly received a detailed CAD design to proof check our order, as a result we made some final adjustments. Throughout the process, the customer service was excellent and quick to respond to both emails and calls. The curtain rails, especially the bay window bends, were crafted to a very high standard and exactly to our specifications. The items were delivered promptly and were very well padded for transport. The bay windows specifically were fixed on a wooden frame for additional support to avoid damage in transit.
