Excellent service, bought a beautiful pole last November (2020), everything was as expected, delivered on time etc. Unexpectedly one of the Brackets failed, I contacted Pole Design who couldn’t be more helpful. Within 3 working days I received the replacement. Can’t fault that. (What need to mention is that we had lost the receipt) would fully recommend and I don’t normally do reviews.
