Pod supports at least one organization that claims to be dedicated to the welfare of animals, but in truth, still uses outdated and abusive techniques for handling their animals, thus going against their mission of ethical volunteering. In addition, Pod did a poor job of maintaining recent information on their websites, which gave volunteers misinformation as to the nature of their volunteering projects.
