The engineers arrived and seemed very rushed. Although extremely friendly and helpful, they didn't take the direction we gave them in regards to where we wanted the hole drilled in our exterior wall. The 'new lad' (as described by his colleague to his Manager over the phone) managed to drill a hole for the cable that went straight through the feature porch on our victorian house. We had to ask them to re-do it and run the cable so it came out of the a brick wall instead. We will now have to patch up the hole they made in the porch and re-paint it ourselves. They didn't clean up the mess from drilling at all, they put the carpets back unevenly and worst of all, when we charged our car for the first time, it took as long as the three pin plug that I'd been using in our house prior to the installation. Which we have complained about, as it advertised that our car would be fully charged within 2 hours. I charged it for 3 hours and achieved on 30% charge.
