There was an initial problem with the scheduling department and the first appointment was cancelled which was understandable due to the circumstances. The second time I booked an appointment it was a totally different experience ands Natasha was very helpful. The installation I couldn't fault and the contractor did a first class neat and tidy job. Excellent.
