I paid for my PodPoint weeks ago and was told they'd be in touch with an installation date in 5-10 working days. It's now over this and they haven't responded to my phone calls, several emails or Facebook messages to chase up an installation date.
They clearly can't cope with demand so avoid and use a company that can actually fit you with a chargepoint!
