I wasn’t there unfortunately but my wife said the technician who turned up was very polite and made a very good impression, make sure you tell him how good he was as hard workers are difficult to find, I had a look at the installation and was very impressed with his workmanship, A++ for him. Haven’t tested it yet but very happy with its fitment. He is a credit to your company. Thank you
