The sales personnel were very very poor. Not returning calls or emails. Had to get Volvo head office involved for any progress to be made. If they were not recommended by Volvo I would have ditched them at the start. No concern what so ever for customer satisfaction.
On the other hand the installation side was excellent. The technician was polite, tidy and very professional. A pleasure to deal with.
