It didn't work at all after the initial installation, but an engineer came round to fix it about a week later and so far it works. However, I have marked it poor as, other than the initial phonecall on the evening when I first tried it, I received no call or email back from PodPoint to explain what was going on, despite my sending several emails. The third party electrical installation did call me and fix their mistake without needing me to be on the premises, but PodPoint need to up their game with customer communication.
