The engineer John sent a text to confirm that he was on the way and arrived in good time. He was polite and professional and installed the charger with very little fuss after a brief discussion on location. At the end he explained how everything worked and what the lights indicated. He also tidied up all the mess and took it away with him. Overall a very good install ton experience. The fact that Pod Point include the installation in the cost in the price is great as I had quotes from less reputable firms wanting to charge hundreds of pounds for the installation and equipment that isn’t required.
