I requested a more complex installation, which required burying a new power cable around the side of my house, under block paving, to the garage. The communication with the Operations Executive was very efficient. The job was scheduled to take two days. The two-man team who arrived on Day 1 to complete the groundwork were very friendly. They performed a very neat job and left the area clean and tidy overnight, returning the next morning to finish their side of the job. The electrician arrived in the afternoon and installed the cable and charge point in the garage to my exact requirements. Before he arrived on site, he knew that there would be a space issue in the meter box, as he had seen the photographs I had sent. However, this was efficiently rectified after he had a telephone consultation with a senior colleague. Both the groundwork team and the electrician kept me well informed. Overall, I'm very happy with the process!
