Very helpful phone/email response in planning the installation, and it only took a couple of weeks from first contact to having a working charge point installed.
The charger unit is installed exactly where we wanted it, despite our distribution unit not being in the most convenient location. Engineer who installed it left everything in good order, and for both visits - the survey and the install - we received a text on the day to confirm when they would be arriving.
