Sergio was diligent in his work and did a fantastic job of installing the charger in the garage.
He routed the cables to minimise the visual effect on our listed building.
The whole POD point experience would have been very good had they been able to keep to the 1st appointment made, whilst I understand staff sickness is always last minute, and unplanned, it does not minimise the frustration of a customer who has taken the time off work unnecessarily.
