As someone completely new to electric cars and charging points, I have found the whole process from arranging the installation and the actual fitting of the Pod Point charger absolutely seamless. I have spoken with a range of knowledgable, friendly staff who have always been happy to assist throughout and answer any queries I’ve had. It has always been easy to speak with someone and responses to emails have been prompt. On the day of installation, there were a couple of unexpected hurdles. The Engineer, Keith, went above and beyond to overcome these and to ensure I had a working charging point. He provided what I can only describe as 5 star service and is a real asset to the company. My step-Grandad and I were very impressed at his clear knowledge and attention to detail. We’d like to send him a big thank you for all of his help :).
