The installation was a bit of a farce, frankly. I had changed my initial order from a tethered to universal system, and had added a lock and surge protection. These changes were made well in advance of the installation date, but when the installer turned up, he had no record of these changes, so a tethered system was installed. I’m happy to stick with this, but feel very let down by your company when you cannot cope with simple changes to the original order, which have now got to be completed on another date. The installation itself was very professional
