My experience was good overall. My feedback would be firstly, when I went to pay it would not let me complete the payment, I asked if this could be taken over the phone but I was advised that I had to go onto another device send myself the link and complete it that way, secondly, I had to chase several times to find out when my scheduled appointment was. Finally, The technician that came out to do the pre survey and to complete the install was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He gets 5 stars. :) I was told I would receive some money back due to being charged 6 hours labour which was done in 2 hours, I look forward to my refund.
