Found the company very responsive. Had to get planning permission due to it being a listed building, but once that came through the install was scheduled very quickly. Ashley, the installer, turned up in good time and was very helpful and easy to speak with. Weather was atrocious, but he got on with it without complaint and the car is charging as we speak.
