Placed the order and completed the survey on Thursday afternoon. Pod Point called me and gave me an appointment for the next day. The installer Ashley Parker did a great job. We discussed what he was going to do and agreed the best place for the charger and cables to go. Power only had to go off for 15 minutes, which Ashley made sure I was ready for that to happen first. Everything was completed in about 2 hours. Ashley showed me everything he had done and we started a charge before he left. Great service from ordering to completion.
