had POD Point installed last year (2022 March), worked well, till Dec 2023.
emailed / called, was advised we will come back to you, but I had to chase, and chase.
Now 2 weeks later, I am still with my home charger not working.
called yet again today, now they have asked for photos... why was this asked much earlier.
very disapointed with POD Pont customer service, they lack good/quick response.
