Pod point was installed OK and the guy was friendly. Once request was submitted, a time was booked very quickly. However some mud got walked through the house and the guy didn't have trunking on his van to tidy up the internal cable, so I'm having to do it. I'd had a bit of dialogue with the Planner about the cable route as I didn't want it routes across the front of the house, but this didn't get passed onto the installation guy. I had to pay £65 in case there was some extra work required, despite the box being well within 3m of the connection point, I'll be expecting this to be refunded.
