Very disappointed with the service I have received. Some of the call centre were very helpful. Some were very rude . promised serval call backs. Never happened . I had to chase several times to get a response to my emails sent 2 to 3 previously. Why do Pod Point only supply customers with 10m charging cable when I needed 15m?. I requested internal grey to pull through the joist into the meter room and out thought to the external. I kept been sent the wrong. Nobody was listening to me until they decided to read the Electricians survey report. With all the delays arranging for the correct cable and booking the installation. I have had to pay for on road charging at very high rates which could have been avoided
