The engineer who came and installed the point was excellent, explained everything, friendly and very efficient, the experience of trying to book the engineer visit was painful with 2 ignored emails and 2 phone calls with no one getting back to me before I finally got a response, and even then they asked if I was free on certain date and time, I said yes, they didn't confirm until I chased again and then confirmed a different day and time to what they said originally. In summary, great product, great installation, poor planning & organisation.
