If you have to phone and speak with someone, your level of customer service communication is awful.
30 mins waiting in queue with really bad music! Then someone answers to say I'll pass you through to somebody else, another 20 minutes waiting and then the original person comes back on the line to say someone will call you back within two hours, the call doesn't come and so repeat the whole process again !!
