Terrible experience - wish I had done my homework and chosen another home-charging partner. Appalling customer service. The manager not bothering to make contact to explain why we were misadvised. Poor quality of installation - still unanswered questions on whether the wires used are BSI standard (another electrician questioned this but, as yet, Pod point haven't confirmed.
