If you read the negative reviews you’ll see a trend - their customer service is appalling! My issue is one of them claiming not to have received several emails despite them being in my sent box. Spent ages on the phone then sending email after email to no avail. Then make promises that they have no intention to see through. The reality is that they take no accountability, don’t do what they say they will and are generally useless. Add to that the amateur installers. I had an experienced electrician review their work and questioned why they had used cables thinner than regulation. I emailed their customer service team to ask if the cables were regulation thickness to which I’ve received radio silence. Bought this because it was offered when I ordered my Audi. Shameful that some “big hitters” (Audi / Tesco etc) have gotten into bed with these clowns. Over a week later and still not active - claimed emails weren't received, ops team always on lunch, pathetic excuses. disingenuous advice at point of instal. You fill in a comprehensive pre-install form with photos so they can see everything but still required further work after the partial install (clearly didn't look at the photos). Idiots who have no customer focus - avoid at all costs....
