I arranged the installation and was told I would receive a call prior to installation, the Engineer arrived without notification which caused a disruption to meetings I had planned.
Installation was carried out professionally with full explanation of what would happen.
Once installed Engineer further explained what had been carried out and how next to proceed.
Very Professional Installation, pre-installation communications could be improved.
