First of all the person who installed the podpoint configured it incorrectly by putting in the wrong series number. This then caused me issues with trying to register for the podpoint app.
Also, the podpoint that is fitted isn’t giving the kW that I paid for. Also, there are signs coming up saying there is some sort of interruption in the charge. I need to now contact someone in regards with this matter as its very inconvenient for me as i have to find a charging point in public.
