Communication was absolutely awful and this process ended up taking 10 months and costing me £550 when it could have been done before the end of March with a grant.
There needs to be a serious look at how podpoint are communicating with customers and rectify the problem of replied to emails not going anywhere. Please read my records of repeated attempts to communicate with yourselves
