Struggled with contacting agents and Pod Point seem to require way too much information to book an installation (prepare for uploading photos, plans etc) through a failry poor interface (size limits on photos causes issues and you only really know the limits once you try and upload.
However, once installers arrive, great service, on time, very tidy and completed all works in line with specifications.
