The experience would have been excellent, however, the installation engineer didn't test his work by actually plugging my car into the charger after installation. When I did this after he had left the charger failed to work and showed a fault. After to be honest too much messing about on the phone with the customer services team, an engineer came back the following day (after I insisted that someone came out within 24hrs as the charger had never worked, and pod point wanted to send an engineer out a week later!) to discover that all of the wires leading in and out of the charger and the power cables coming out of my meter box were only fixed in finger tight. The engineer turned all of the grub screws four full turns to tighten them up. Everything then worked fine. I'm also still waiting for a refund for a type 2 extension cable I didn't require, that was sent back over two weeks ago!
