The issue was the lack of response from the scheduling team - despite repeated emails, there was no response until >2 weeks later. Calling the customer services telephone line, we got a recorded message saying to send an email!.
This caused us major problems as we had to purchase our own cable in order for it to be laid during planned house renovations
