Called me to let me know that they were on their way and how long until they would arrive. Turned up on time, got straight on with the job at hand. It was an easy install, even though, it was completed within 2 hours. Took me through it and connected to WiFi. Couldn’t fault the install. Only thing I would improve is speed of response to the forms returned
