Absolutely delighted with the buying and installation experience. I completed all of the paperwork on a Friday and the Pod Point was fitted on the Saturday. Zeon (sorry if I mullered such a cool name!) called to let me know when he was on his way, was courteous, engaging and efficient. I would recommend Pod Point to anyone trying to decide which unit to go for, it looks great and the service was 5 star
