Once you navigate the application form which is quite testing, and everything is in place the process was very impressive and well organised. Eddie the installation man text me prior to arrival and was professional and courteous. He kept me up to date with what he was doing with the installation and provided me with a good de brief of how to use the charging point very impressed overall.
