Jeff recently did some work for my elderly mother. He gave us two quotes, one for a smaller job which he felt was a likely solution to the plumbing issue and a second should the need arise to carry out further work to solve the problem.
I felt this was extremely kind on his behalf as he could’ve just given the second quote straight off.
He was punctual, tidy and carried out the work with the minimum of fuss and disturbance. He even made my mum a cup of tea!
