TOTAL COWBOY CON ARTISTS BEWARE!! These fraudsters attended my parents house on 26th September and charged £220 for a small bathroom leak. This was early evening so an “out of hours” call but still extortionate given all they did was rip a couple of tiles off to expose a pipe that needed replacement. The following day they attended during normal working hours and charge a disgusting £305 per hour to fit the new water pipe. Total bill for that day was £420! So well overall £600 for an extremely straightforward job. I queried the bills with customer service who are equally as useless as they have asked my parents for proof of what has been taken out of their account knowing full well what they had charged. This is because Rightio take bank card details when customers first make contact and then actually take the money automatically without customer consent. Despite emails and telephone calls from both myself and my parents they have still not responded and any contact has been with a different person each time. This organisation should be investigated by the appropriate parties as their business practices fall well below any level of standards or fair charging policies. I am currently in discussions with Trading Standards who are very interested having received a number of other complaints. Please DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to get totally and utterly ripped off!
