Never received item, apparently was in yodel for the 10 days prior to Christmas and I couldn’t cancel! However was able to cancel on 30th Dec!! If you’d cancelled before I could have reordered and my daughter would have had the pram she wanted for Christmas. Sat in waiting for a whole week in the run to Christmas for it not to arrive. One word to describe your service ‘APPALLING’
