The website and ordering process was good and the prices were very good however it only merits a score of because despite the website stating delivery normally around 3 days the order took over two weeks to arrive and in that time I had to chase it twice. Was told it would arrive on Thursday but despite staying in all day nothing happened and I received no communication to say why until I chased for an update again. It eventually arrived on the following Monday.
