I am a huge PJ Pan fan. My wife and daughter’s birthdays are close together, so I began a family tradition of me buying them matching PJs as birthday gifts each year. They loved last year’s powder puff pink sets and the quality (British made too!) is excellent. I made a similar order for this year (£180) for delivery to us here in Germany and had a helpful email from the PJP team warning me that there may be extra fees to pay (thanks BREXITeers). I had to pay an additional €84.00 and then the package that arrived was dirty, ripped open (including the inner packaging containing the PJs) and also had rubbish + small items and an invoice from another order to another person inside – see pic) :( :( Whilst we love PJ Pan’s excellent products, really want to buy British and know this is not really PJPs fault, I’m afraid this is just too much – almost 50% additional ££ charges + damaged delivery. Reluctantly I’m afraid I will have to look elsewhere for another annual source of PJs to continue this tradition :(
